Procedure for convening a General Assembly

7 days notice is given
The time and place of the meeting are set
It is considered a quorum – meaning that more than 50% (based on ownership percentage) should be present. If there is no quorum, then it is postponed for a period of one week and repeated on the same day and time in the same place.
A chairman and secretary of the assembly are elected, the chairman coordinates and guides, with the secretary keeping the minutes of the assembly.
Nominations are submitted and the members of the Administrative Committee are elected
Members of the Management Committee can be from one to five members and the hierarchy is: President, Secretary, Treasurer and up to two members. 
The minutes of the annual general meeting and the election of the Management Committee are recorded by the President and Secretary of the Management Committee.
