Who is legally responsible for paying common expenses, the landlord or the tenant?

In Cypriot law, the owner of the property is always responsible for paying the common expenses.
It is important to note that tenants can contribute to the payment of common expenses, but the absence of payment by the tenant does not affect the right of the Management Committee to collect this amount from the property owner.
