General Management & Administration
- Monitoring / organizing the payments of common expenses

- Informing owners/tenants of possible consequences in case of non-timely payment of common expenses

Accounting & Financial Management
- Monthly dispatch and issue of common expenses of the building units
- Monthly statement of the building
- Collection of unit debts. The process includes
- sending a monthly financial statement
- send a phone message (sms)
- sending a letter
- weekly visit to your building by our company's debt collector
- Pay bills for scheduled monthly expenses
- Organization and timely payment of Building costs, invoices, in order to avoid any negative consequences and to ensure the proper functioning of the property held jointly.
- Keeping an accounting record with invoices/payments for expenses and services provided to the apartment building within the accounting period such as cleaning of the building, electricity for the common areas, control of the elevator, etc. Also an accounting record is kept for the income of the apartment building
- During the Annual General Meeting with the Owners/Tenants of the building, the overall Financial statement of income and expenses for the previous year is prepared. The status is sent electronically a few days before the meeting
Technical assistance
- Inspection of the premises of the building on a weekly basis
- Notification of any action to be taken on any maintenance or other urgent matter which should be brought to the attention of the Management Committee so that necessary action can be taken
- Send a monthly building audit - informing the Management Committee of necessary maintenance and repair work in the building facilities
- Immediate response in the event of an emergency
- Research, collect and send quotations whenever the Management Committee decides to proceed with a task

Legal assistance
- Free legal support, in the management of the apartment building
- Information on criminal liabilities of property owners.
- Direct contact of the Management Committee with legal counsel
- Legal representation of the Administrative Committee to administrative - judicial authorities.
- Legal remedies in any case that will be deemed necessary
